Kindbody Los Altos has been wonderful to work with throughout my fertility journey. My partner and I underwent reciprocal IVF with them in 2022, and our daughter was born on January 2, 2023. I am returning to the clinic this year with hopes of completing another IVF cycle for our second child. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Westphal.
Very organized and friendly people, especially the lady who takes the lab tests. I really had a great experience at this office.
Nurses and Physicians were exceptionally caring and attentive.
This review is for billing team of kindbody. They are very late in applying initial paid amount and refunding after getting money from insurance. We did not get money back until december for visits in august. That too we have to ask, they did not process it themselves. When I complained to practice manager, she reassigned to senior billing team member who gave a generic response. She did not even apologize. They dont care about customer experience or even hearing out customer complaints. Very unprofessional
