This is a long overdue and well deserved review for Dr. Westphal and her whole team. At this point, we are successfully 8 weeks pregnant and couldn't be more thankful. Through two egg retrievals and one transfer, the Kindbody experience has been easy to navigate with teams that are made up of only the most caring, proactive and responsive people who I have felt have gone genuinely above and beyond to make our experience positive. Absolutely terrible billing department that pretends to lose record of your payments so puts you through the wringer trying to confirm invoices that have already been paid. Makes up additional charges. If you ever go here, make sure to always get itemized receipts and confirm all charges and payments
Donor agencies never use Kindbody, they are sneaky and after you pay the balance on your account they will create a separate account for the donor and attempt to collect the same balance from them
