I absolutely adore the staff. Everyone is super caring and they keep me excited about the process. I feel confident in them eventually helping me concieve.
My nurse practitioner, Shoshana, was terrific to work with! She always took the time to make sure we understand procedures and next steps. The practice itself was always welcoming and clean. But I always had a very hard time getting in contact the office nurse via phone and even the receptionists. There were times where communication was not clear with us.
