After 4 years of miscarriages we went to kindbody Austin. The whole team were attentive, positive and gave us the best care. They explained the whole process in detail. They were extremely quick to reply to any questions I had. Our initial visit was in December 2023 after testing we had our egg retrieval in March 2024 and I was pregnant by August 2024. Kindbody doesn’t process refunds. We have been following up for more than 6 months, messaging and calling seems to be of no use. The response is always that accounting team will review and get back to us. But no one got back ever and our money is held up with them.
