During this fertility journey they have been so helpful and understanding of if I need anything from blood work to order/referrals they are on top of everything and answer messages pretty quickly! Would definitely recommend Kindbody for any fertility journeys.

The staff and nurses are very kind. The billing team is a nightmare to work with which made the entire experience so much worse than it needed to be. They are not knowledgeable about what they are doing, close out portal messages without taking any action, refuse to help on the phone, and overall clearly don't care. I have wasted so much time just trying to get refunded the balance they owe me.
