Dr Junyi and all the staff are professional and they know what they're doing. There was a bit of confusion regarding insurance and the payment plan due to the office misinterpreting the insurance verbiage. This office has yet to resolve this matter with me, but when they do, and I have full confidence they will, I'll update this post. Just know that everyone here is trying their best to be accommodating.
Dr Junyi and all the staff are professional and they know what they're doing. You do need to remember, though, that dentists act as healthcare providers AND businessman. They do need to run a profitable business too right? So keeping that mind: I was told the Invisalign treatments would cost thousands, however they assured me that insurance would cover a majority of it and that I'd be left paying only a couple thousand (half that) maybe. We had a wonderful experience with Kind Smiles Orthodontics clinic during my 11-year-old daughter’s Phase 1 treatment. Dr. Junyi is extremely patient, attentive, and very client-friendly, always taking the time to explain things clearly and make my daughter feel comfortable. Dr. Junyi is both incredibly kind and highly skilled. I first brought my daughter in for orthodontic treatment, and she also helped me by noticing an issue with my front teeth and guiding me through orthodontic treatment with great results. She even recommended an excellent dentist who resolved several of my dental issues. The entire Kind Smile team is wonderful—Cathy at the front desk is especially patient and helpful. The office is beautiful and kids-friendly, and every visit has been a great experience. Highly recommend!
Have loved my experience with Kind Smiles! I had thought about Invisalign for years, and wish I had done it sooner. The team is so pleasant, their office brings joy from the yellow color palate, fun music, options to watch tv as they add your attachments. Once you receive your trays, it’s easy to keep track with the Invisalign app. I send weekly photos of my teeth and the office responds promptly letting you know if you’re on track.
