***** ( an owner ) is disrespectful to other competitors to their customers and records people without their consent. Not a good way to represent a company
Kind has been servicing our house for a year and just came out for the annual termite treatment. From the owner to office staff and technicians, every interaction weve had has been professional and personable. Was impressed about the job. Communicated of the services he was going to do. The area he was going to work on & how he was going to do it. Very friendly & know exactly what he was going to do. Removed the old stuff & replaced it new ones plus some additional ones. Work around the house removing any sign of spider web or other insect eggs. Treat the inside & outside of our home. Kind Pest control was able to schedule our service very quickly. ***** arrived on time and was extremely kind and professional. He was very knowledgeable and communicated the process so that I knew exactly how and where he would be treating our home and yard. He was even vigilant enough to notice our neighbors chicken pecking around in our yard and recommended that we dont put down pellets in order to made it safer for the chicken to continue grazing.
