Purchased in October 2018. Electrical nor bluming permits were ever ordered. The flooring was already warped. The roof flew off the front of the house December 5. The flipper cursed me out saying it was my fault for having a tree trimmed and allowing the limb fall on the roof. Nails were in the felt not in the nail line. When I did remolded in master bathroom found all the pipes were not up to code. It cost me $4000.00 for plumbing to be fixed. That's when I found out the permits had not ever been ordered.
