I have had other in home aides taking care of my husband some so so, some I threw out of my home. I love the personal attention I get from Alba the owner. and operator. She is available anytime her aides are well trained and very personable
The aides that we used through Kind Hearts were not only reliable and thorough, they truly cared for my mom as if she was their own family member. My siblings and I were so appreciative of the care & companionship provided while we couldn’t be there ourselves. Alba handled any staffing issues quickly & was understanding of our fast changing needs. In addition, she was sensitive to the fact that it was an extremely emotional time for us all.
I'm so grateful for Alba and her team! My family was so stressed and her demeanor is so soothing. My family found a care taker for Dad for the rest of his days! Thank you! Thank you!
My aunt really liked the CNA who provided care to her. If there was any change in schedule they would have someone to fill in the spot. Very nice company.
