I tried to book an appointment and I was told by a rude receptionist that I was not wanted as a patient anymore because of a falling out they had with my previous provider there. I've never been so insulted by a medical facility in my life. My previous provider was Cynthia Bartholomae.
Will never go back there again! Always getting my order wrong and just not professional.
Cynthia Bartholamae is a great healthcare provider. You’re not just a number to her, you’re a person, and she will listen to you and do her best to help you with your wellbeing. Highly recommended
The worst place to go in Chalmette! Their secretary who has no medical background at all gives false lab results to patients as she has not been trained to read results nor does she have any medical background at all but is allowed to play doctor. They gossip about their patients and discuss other patients and health issues with others. HIPPA violations are committed with no repercussions! Cindy and Jill take no accountability.
