We own the Carter Mountain Motel in Cody and have had issues with our plumbing. We use Kincheloe Plumbing and they always do excellent work. The guys are always super courteous and never have difficulty troubleshooting the issue and fix it correctly each and every time.

The new owner has no idea what he is doing!! Called on a gas line emergency he said he was an expert on the subject. He cut and capped off an "extra" gas line which turned out to be the line to my gas dryer. He cracked the t-joint to the furnace. He did not know what he was doing at so many levels. He made me an outrageous bid to put in a new house line for us (nearly $5000) and obviously did not know the land nor the contractors he would be working with. Kincheloe Pluming grossly over charged on their labor. They installed a 22 ft flex gas line. Placement was in unfinished basement. The plumber tapped into an existing gas line and ran it straight to the floor. No cutting or drilling required. I had ladders in place and helped hold the line. The plumber commented that most jobs were more difficult and took more time than an hour to do. I got the bill and was charged for three hours of labor.
