Came in for a break pad replacement, and they could’ve charged me and said they replaced them but they let me know that I didn’t even need a replacement and gave me the percentages and mileage for when they will actually need replaced. Very professional and honest!

You take your truck in for a new motor which costs thousands of dollars and have it back to the same shop on 4 different occasions because of that new and having to pay for each additional repair. Asking the owners to make it right to no avail. Never going back! Don't take your vehicle to Kincheloe's! Rip-off artists!
