I had an alarm go off on my engineered septic system and Kyle came over and was able to diagnose the issue pretty quickly. I was referred to him by another company after I started going into details on my problem. A lot of companies just send a kid to pump your tank, but after having Kincaid out it's clear they have a lot of experience and years in this business and I will use and recommend them from now on.

Called them after 6:00 pm on Friday of the holiday weekend for help with our septic system. The girl I spoke to was so kind and friendly. She got a hold of Kyle who was in Bay City and came to us in Swartz Creek. Kyle was also very friendly and helpful. He was able to figure out our problem very quickly. We were so grateful for the awesome service. We will most definitely be staying with them as customers. Thank you both so much for your help!
