I highly recommend Kincaid Septic Services. They have the best customers service, very friendly and highly skilled. They are available on the weekends which was awesome. He solved our septic emergency today, and they were the only company who would come out the same day our tank clogged. He spent extra time diagnosing and fixing our problem, including removing a section of pipe that was built against code and had gotten clogged. Fast, professional, friendly, and affordable. Kincaids has always done an amazing job for us, this time around was no different. We desperately needed them and they went above and beyond to get our septic field in and replaced for us! Rachael, Kyle and Brad were all fantastic and gave prompt service when we needed it. Everyone at Kincaid was so amazing to work with. They were prompt, professional, and are clearly experts. When you have to get a new septic field you are making such a large investment. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to do our field. Awesome people and excellent work. We could not be happier! 10/10 I would recommend them to anyone!
Kincaid was recommended to me by a few friends. They were extremely friendly and worked fast. Although they were not able to help me with my issue, (mine turned out to be a sewer problem) they did give me a recommendation of someone that could. But I will for sure use Kincaid for my septic services in the future!
