I highly recommend Kincaid Septic Services. They were friendly and took the time to explain things. They came out the following day and took care of us. Very respectful and great customer service.
Had a blockage that ended up being in the house after my wife and I dug up our septic tank clean out, thinking it could of been full. Kyle was just finishing his day up when I approached him without warning. He solved our septic emergency today, and they were the only company who would come out the same day our tank clogged. He spent extra time diagnosing and fixing our problem, including removing a section of pipe that was built against code and had gotten clogged. Fast, professional, friendly, and affordable. Kincaids has always done an amazing job for us, this time around was no different. We desperately needed them and they went above and beyond to get our septic field in and replaced for us! Rachael, Kyle and Brad were all fantastic and gave prompt service when we needed it.
