My daughter had an Orthodonic emergency and it was after hours. I called and had the pleasure of speaking with Pamela Vargas. She was at home and offered to meet me up at the office to fix her braces. She was there in less than 15 mins! She is a true life saver/hero! My daughter would have drove me nuts 😂😂. 2 of my kids have braces through Smile Doctors. We just moved here from TN and aren't even established patients in this location. That shows the true character of this place, and of course, Pamela! I highly recommend!
My son had loose bracket on late Friday before Fall break and they fixed it right away! So thankful we chose Kincaid!
Dr. Kincaid is the kind of doctor you also consider a friend. He cares about his patients like they are family. Of course, he also does a great job getting your teeth straight, but it's his kind way that makes his practice the one you'll want to go with if you ever need an orthodontist.
Everyone is so nice and friendly! I have 2 daughters in braces. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
Love this group! Always so kind and on time. Gonna be a bit sad when braces come off. Maybe I can find another kid with crooked teeth!
Awesome group of people that are just so friendly! My daughter loves going there and it's worth the drive from Rome for us.
