They will ask you to pay all upfront. Please be careful doing this. Make sure you get a contract. To add to my review the owner says they require down payment. What they actually require is payment in FULL before they come to do the work. I'm not saying anything disparaging about the company I just want you to know before you hire them that you will have to pay for any jobs over $3000 in full upfront.
We have used Kinkaid for our business for over 10+ years! Always on top of any issues! Al, one of their employees is a great tech who really knows his stuff! Through emergencies to non emergency, Kinkaid really takes the time to show you what exactly is wrong or what needs to be done. We have used them for our other property as well. I just wouldn't trust anyone else when it comes to electricity aside from Kinkaid!
Kincade Electric sent Brandon to my house to check out a power problem. He went above and beyond great customer service to make sure we didn’t spend a night without power. I will use them for all my needs and I suggest you do the same. Highly recommended A+.
