Outstanding! Our trip to Branson couldn't have been a better experience! Our Kincaid coach was comfortable, roomy, impeccably clean and well maintained at all times throughout our 5 day fun-cation! I had reserved a coach for May 5, 2018 departing from Tulsa at 8 am, arriving in Norman around 10. The tour was for 26 members of an Episcopal Church to get a tour of the American Organ Institute at OU. I paid the coach quote several weeks early. The coach was supposed to arrive at 7:30, with boarding at 7:45, departing at 8 am. Our Booster organization was due a refund from a trip scheduled for October 2017 that was cancelled by our District School Superintendent due to a Hurricane watch in our area. At first, they wanted to use the credit toward a trip we had scheduled for October. When that didn't work out with the travel company, they began telling us we would have the refund by December.
