lack of communication about my refund for a canceled cruise. I have called and emailed and those attempts to contact Kincaid have been ignored. They have ignored every attempt to get answers.
Was just informed that they refused to refund payment on a trip that was canceled due travel restrictions related to COVID-19 pandemic. Unbelievable.
kincaid coaches are well maintained and up to date equipment. with cup holders and wifi as well as A/C electric outlets. their Drivers are some of the best trained in the Nation. customer service is second to none. come book with them for the Adventure of a lifetime

Tom Whitley was our driver for a youth trip to Colorado Springs. He did an awesome job. He was so kind and friendly. He went above and beyond to make our trip great. The bus was nice and comfortable too. Thanks Tom for everything!!
The bus trips are very well planned . The lady leading did a very good job. It was a trip to Waco Texas, Magnolia Chops++. Plan to go on other trips with you.

We just returned tonight from a 5 day Diamond Tours coach trip to Chicago. We traveled on your motor coach - What a delight! Top notch motor coach! Our driver was Wendy Stewart, and what a delight she was! Very professional, very friendly and she went out of her way to be accommodating to my co-leader and myself and all the passengers! She did such an excellent job driving, navigating the busy city traffic, getting us from point A to B on time and with a smile all the time!
