I called today to talk to Ryan regarding this services and I found it to be very disappointing to speak with him. I said "Hello Ryan my name is blah blah, how are you today." He said I was acting weirded for asking him how he was doing. I'm not sure how we've gotten to the point where we can't ask a person how they are doing.
