My 4Runner came out perfect! And the turn around time was awesome.
I had my car repaired here after someone else hit it. About 3 weeks after the repair, I noticed the clear decal on the back bumper was bubbling up and improperly installed. Kincaid is fixing it and paying for everything, but the man I spoke with on the phone constantly talked over me and “mansplained”. It was rude and disrespectful. Recently had a repair done and they didn't try to get me to do more to the car than I felt it needed. Made a bumper cover dent repair go from $700 the insurance quoted to a $50 fix. Thank you!
