Very slow response time with any needs once he is granted the job. Within 6 months after the job, he refused to come back out and correct installation flaws, which caused sewage backup in 7 houses. Pictures sent to the owner to verify the installation flaws ( to date, 6 months later have been 3 plastic pipes that WERENT EVER hooked up, and one 1K gallon tank that had negative fall).... VERY POOR WORK AND EVER POORER CUSTOMER SERVICE.
They are fast fair and dependable
