I came to Dr. Andrew a few weeks ago with nagging neck pain and tense muscles that were not getting better with massage and yoga. It was so bad I was having trouble sleeping. Over a few sessions, he gradually adjusted my back and neck and worked out the muscle knots that were rock solid from poor posture and repetitive motion problems.
