Absolutely delicious Ramen. I particularly love the vegan Ramen.
I ordered this ramen to-go and the meat 100% taste like it’s been microwaved. If you’ve ever microwaved chicken to heat it up you know exactly the taste I am talking about. For $20+ I really expected way more.
This place is an absolute neighborhood gem! I have been to so many ramen restaurants, but the ramen here is incredible and definitely one of the best—the thin noodles are cooked to a perfect al dente bite, and the broth is rich, deeply flavorful, and comforting.
