Simply Awful. I have never felt so disrespected by a medical professional in my life. In a recent physical checkup appointment, Dr. Chan proceeded to humiliate, belittle, and insult me. I'm 46 years old and I could use to lose 10lbs but this so-called doctor flat-out called me fat to my face. I have been with Kaiser Colorado and with Dr. Chan for 31 years. I have always received great care from all the providers at the Arapahoe Kaiser. Dr. Chan is professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He always sets my mind at ease. The lab tests and results are amazing. I had blood drawn at 7:45 am and had all the results by 7 pm the same day! I am quite pleased with Kaiser and the level of care.
