RecommendedFor true fans of ramen. There are only a few places in New Orleans where you can get true ramen. Nomiya, ikura...KIN!! IMO, Kin has the best ramen out of the three. While the ingredients may not be the most true, they certainly work very well. While there is no tonkotsu ramen (pork bone broth), there is a chicken ramen stick with pork and boy oh boy that meow meow bowl is FANTASTIC.
