Delicious meal from beginning to end. Salmon rangoon dumplings were a great combination of smoky and creamy with a perfectly chewy/crisp potsticker dough. Huxta bowl with red noodles had the ideal amount of spice without overpowering the flavor profiles of the meat/broth. The special crawfish ramen was so incredibly unique and rich - really hoping to see this again throughout crawfish season! Service was laid back, friendly and accommodating. Amazing food that is very reasonably priced. The fruit spritzers are very refreshing (we had mango). The flavors of the appetizers (our choices were shrimp and chicken/curry dumplings plus wings) and ramen bowls (my son had shrimp and I chose pork belly)are subtle, yet explosive. My son and I agreed that it is the best place we have eaten in a long time.
