I had an amazing experience with Kim! I was so nervous about cutting my hair after scheduling my big chop appointment, but Kim was incredibly accommodating and kind, which instantly made me feel at ease. Kim is an amazing stylist. My daughter adores her and always looks forward to getting her hair done now. I am so happy to have found someone who can actually care for our hair correctly. Her level of customer service and professionalism is exceptional. She is very personable, and you can absolutely tell she loves what she does. Mrs. Kim is very professional and knowledgable. I’ve trusted her with my hair since day one. She gives the BEST shampoos and scalp massages. I’ve had challenges with my hair but she never once made me feel uncomfortable or inferior about it. I would definitely recommend her because she truly cares about the health of your hair.
