I was so nervous about cutting my hair after scheduling my big chop appointment, but Kim was incredibly accommodating and kind, which instantly made me feel at ease. Kim is an amazing stylist. My daughter adores her and always looks forward to getting her hair done now. I am so happy to have found someone who can actually care for our hair correctly. Her level of customer service and professionalism is exceptional. She is very personable, and you can absolutely tell she loves what she does. A black owned buisness that gives your crown a safe space! I am so happy that I found Kim! I’ve had two appointments with her recently and have had multiple compliments on my hair every time! I also booked the multiple package because I’m an on-the-go girl. She is very educated when it comes to natural hair which I can appreciate, and is patient and happy to answer all my curious questions to help me understand the process and my hair as well!
