Dishonest business practices – I took a dress in to have minor alterations done. He quoted me $55, which I thought seemed quite high. I checked around with other tailors and was quoted $20 - 25 for the same work. When I went to get my dress back from Mr. Kim less than one day later, he refused to give me my dress back unless I paid $10 "for the fitting."
