Easily 5 stars. That was probably the best damn pho I’ve ever had. I walked in hungry and walked out feeling like I had just unlocked a new part of my soul. I’m honestly starting to feel Vietnamese myself after that delectable meal. The broth was incredible, the portions were filling, and I slurped that bowl clean with zero shame. Wonton with chili and egg rolls were very good. Rare beef pho was pho-bulous! Very generous portions and everything was very fresh even at the end of the day! Blows local competition away:)
We stopped here on Memorial Day. We were just passing through just getting home from visiting family out of state. It was busy, but our food was really good. The wontons in chili oil are fire. We had Lo mein, house fried rice, and fresh spring rolls. Food was very good and plentiful. Received two spring rolls to share on one small plate. Tried laying mine down on one of their napkins and spent some time picking the napkin off of the roll. Napkins were in a dispenser and were a step up from toilet paper.
