I love the design but the shape of my nails is not want I wanted. I asked for them to have a natural shape and to me and to other people they do not look natural shaped and the chunky in some spots and not all shaped the same. I wanted to try a new place since it's been about a year since I've had my nails done. I just hate this experience wasn't what I expected and hoped for. Hate to say it but I won't be going back to this place again. Very nice lady who did mine she was sweet and talked to me.

I can't say enough about Kim's! I'm not a long time mani/pedi person. Actually, very rarely, but I popped into Kim's a few months ago and they took me right away, no appointment. They'll fit you in too even if you have to wait sometimes... The woman who has done me a few times has shaped my nails and they actually are stronger and less brittle than before I got manicures. I am so pleased. My nails have NEVER looked better! Real nails too, no gel or acrylic. Treat yourself to the deluxe pedicure. They use hot stones and scent... read more
