I had a gel pedicure and they did a great job. Everyone was friendly. The owner, Kim speaks good English and was very kind. A bad storm happened right when I was leaving. She gave me her umbrella so I could get out to my car. Then she came out in the rain and got it from me!
I went with my granddaughter yesterday to get Nails. It was the worst experience ever. The tech kept knicking my skin with the rotary tool also my granddaughters too. She did not clean my nails and she did not clean under my nails. I will not go back. I have never been to a salon that they didn’t have you wash your hands They seem like they were in a hurry, but we were the only two in the salon
Went in to get French tips on my toes , lady messed up my toes and the French tip design , I showed her how I wanted my French tips to look thinking it was common sense and her and another gentleman got upset that I wanted my toes re done and took off the polish and told me to go elsewhere . It shouldn’t have been an issue fixing the issue especially if I’m paying. Bad customer service !!
I really enjoyed the nail services and I plan to come back more frequently🌹
