Im giving a bad review because when my grandmother came to Kim nails they did not pay any attention to her and sat in the acetone, for an hour and did the other clients nails instead of my grandmother's nails and sat there till 9:00. This client came to sit by my grandmother and this employee said "ohh sorry she has a 10:00 appointment. My grandmother went off and her appointment was at 8:30. and did not pay them nothing.

I have been coming here for about 15 years and would never go anywhere else. My technician is knowledgeable in all the products and services offered but most of all treats me with great care. The establishment is super clean and everyone is clearly concerned hygiene using sterilization of equipment and disposables.

If I could give Kims nail salon zero stars, I would. My experience there was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite specifically requesting not to have a Russian manicure, I was given one anyways. Not only did it leave my nail bed inflamed and damaged, but the shape of my nails was absolutely atrocious. They were rough and badly shaped, with filed nails so thin that they were weakening my nail bed. To top it all off, the acrylic ratio was completely off, resulting in a sloppy and uneven application. I love this place! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she made it look even better than what I wanted!!! Teresa was wonderful! Thanks so much!!!
