Went for a spa pedicure in December 2021. The pedicure was ok, but once the lady was done she left polish all over the top of my toe nails and there were spots on my other toes that didn’t have any polish on them! I pointed this out to her and she instantly caught an attitude. She even started manhandling my feet! I’m always so surprised that these people really think anyone will tip them when they act like this. I love the atmosphere and customer service. Everyone is so nice and really takes their time with your nails. They are a little more expensive than my old shop but that's because you get what you pay for!! Quality and great customer service! I will never go anywhere else now! my nails are perfect every time!
My experience here at Kim's Nails I love the hospitality there everyone is so nice and my nails lasted for a month and a half before I went to get a refill I will recommend them to everyone
