Let's see the spa chair didn't work properly, the water was at best luke warm, then the guy who did my nails had blood shot eyes & wearing tons of cologne. He didn't know what he was doing and someone else had to come show him how to use the cuticle remover tool (???) then he painted my toenails and got it all over my toes. The ends of my toenails weren't painted and he didn't use toe separators or provide sandals, had me walk barefoot over to a very dirty nail dryer!
