Appointment? – Forget this place! It will take two hours to get a pedicure. While sitting there, I felt like I was ignored while they repeatedly stopped my pedicure to answer the phone, gossip with co-workers, and the like. What I ended up with was uneven nails and bubbled polish. My last visit there, I had made an appointment; after I arrived and waited 30 minutes, I was asked to come back the next day. They don't know the definition of "appointment," nor the meaning of customer service, much less good customer service!
