Amy been doing my lashes for years, ever since Tristate mall. But lately they have fell off. Customer service is the worst. Amy is rarely there now and when she is there, she’s sitting there doing pedicures or nails. When you ask “how long is the wait?” They tell you one hour but never how many people are in front of you, you have to count yourself or ask those waiting. They don’t give you real expectations. I booked an appointment for Sunday which is Mother’s Day. I was asked if I was sure I would come in and I said yes. I’ve never been here before this. Well Mother’s Day I show up maybe 5-10 minutes early only for them not to open. How disgusting!!!! That is the way I started my Mother’s Day. So definitely will not do that again.
Amazing!!!! Amy is such a nice lady! My feet feel so soft and clean after getting my feet done. Definitely recommend!!!!! My daughters nails is in the picture below.
It was not a good job on the nails at all
I had such a relaxing time here! The space is spotless, and the staff are incredibly attentive. My manicure and pedicure turned out absolutely stunning—smooth, shiny, and perfectly shaped. They have an amazing selection of colors and nail designs, so it was easy to find something unique. I’m definitely coming back soon for another pampering session!
