My nails were uneven, dirt was left under my nails. And when I asked about them she said: “I don’t know” And started talking to the manager in another language about me instead of answering my question. When I confronted her about it over the phone, Kim admitted that the other worker told her that i was not satisfied in her language. And proceeded to tell me later in the conversation that she was not aware after admitting, they talked about it. WORST PLACE TO GO TO. I was very happy with my experience at this salon. I had gel polish put on acrylic nails and they looked great. Had a pedicure too. Wish they did a little more up to date nail art but that is my only negative comment.
Was the worst nail experience I've ever had. They messed up my gel nail polish on my acrylic nails and then when I went back for them to fix it it still didn't look good. Will never go back and would never recommend this place to anyone.
