The salon is very clean and tidy, and the owner is a friendly person. However, I don’t think she has enough experience or skill yet to call herself a professional stylist. For the record, I did bring a photo of what I wanted and she said she understood, but the results were not even close. She didn’t shampoo my hair before cutting, which might be fine for some, but I’ve always thought it helps achieve a cleaner, more even cut.
