My first time using them, and Kim's went above and beyond anything a business is expected to do. I made an online purchase for funeral flowers to be delivered to a family service. She drove to the address that I gave, and the church had moved the service do to poor road conditions. I was not aware of this. She took it upon herself to look up where the service was, took the flower arrangement (which was amazing by the way) across town to a second location. Absolutely gorgeous flowers! They called to make sure delivery information was correct and sent a picture of the arrangement. So thankful for local florists who do amazing work. Highly recommend!
