Five star quality customer service! I ordered online an arrangement for a funeral. There was some confusion with a misspelled name (error on my part), and they called me as well as the funeral home to double check that the order is for the correct recipient. They took the extra steps to ensure a successful delivery and saved me a lot of trouble and embarrassment! Highly recommend purchasing from Kim's Flower Shop. Support local, they definitely care more!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered the next day. And they did an amazing job!! Bouquet was beautiful and the delivery was done without any issues! I will definitely order from here again.

Vivian of Kim's flower shop is so nice and friendly and super helpful she is a great florist! Nice local walk in shop and for deliveries,She always helps me when I come in!
