I had such a great experience with Kim’s Jewelry. My fiancé and I were on a really tight timeline to get our rings, and Ann was amazing throughout the whole process. She was so helpful and made everything feel easy. She took the time to find diamond options for us and getting them ready to try as quickly as possible. We really appreciated how patient and attentive she was, it made a stressful situation feel a lot more manageable. So happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend!
I came to Kim's Jewelry to get ring resized. I was able to call in advance to get an understanding of what would be entailed, how much time it would take and getting a quote. I showed up on a Saturday morning and was immediately helped. The staff was super friendly, and able to find the right size for my ring while also taking into account finger size fluctuations.
