I must share my amazing experience I had! Yesterday after a long day, I realized I forgot to pick up a very important garment for a conference I am presenting at next week. I fly out on Sunday! With a longshot I sent an email to someone with the cleaners and lo and behold they texted me this morning saying that Rhonda the manager at the Vincennes location would be willing to meet me to pick up my item.
