This was my first time financing a car, so I did not know what to expect. Mark Posey really helped me a lot. I never felt pressured at any time and I don't think he tried to deceive me in any way. He was very polite and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He even called a few days later to see if everything was working well with the car. Cliff Hughes helped me with the financing. Trade in, downsizing My experience at this dealership was terrific. I wanted to trade in two vehicles and downsize to a less expensive vehicle payment. I don't usually deal with one dealer without going to multiple dealerships first, but Kim,s was right on the money for me and what I wanted. Everyone was very helpful and helped me reach my goals. I was visiting from out of town and wanted to see the 2014 4Runner. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mark Posey and he really made the experience great. Ron Holsonback was a pleasure to work with as was everyone else at Kim's. Ron showed me several options and was very helpful in getting me the best deal. He answered all the questions I had and even showed me how to work the blue tooth system in the car before I left. They were happy to receive the trade in car I had even though it wasn't in the best of condition. Ron worked very hard to earn my business.
