☆☆☆☆ (1 star) I had a very unpleasant experience at this salon. First, the haircut I received was poorly done—uneven and nothing like what I asked for. The salon itself was very dirty, with hair on the floor, dusty surfaces, and tools that didn’t appear to be properly cleaned. On top of that, the customer service was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable the entire time. I definitely do not recommend this place and won’t be coming back.
DO NOT GO TO KIMS!! Horrible hair cut...they left one side longer than the other and she got mad when I asked to get it shorter. Use to be a decent hair cut spot but now they don't care. They rush through the service and have an attitude when you point out the bad hair cut.
