Throughout my years in my childhood, I’ve been going to Kim’s Jewlers since I was 16 years old and I’m 52 right now. I remember buying a lot of jewelry from him. They were very fair with their customers.

I went in with a bent out of shape silver bracelet. I asked one of the people for a quote on how much it would be to fix. He said one second, took it to the back, and fixed it in 2 seconds. He handed it to me and said all good and refused payment. Truly such nice and helpful people. Come here for fixes

The worst service and fixing Jewlery. The two lady’s that work there, kill the company with their attitudes. There is silver peiece over the spot they fixed on my GOLD chain and she says it was the “dust” on your chain that made it that color. Are you kidding me?

My friend paid $3,800 for a yellow and white gold chain this year from them. Brought it in to sell it back to them and they low balled him and offered only $1,000 to buy it back. So they over charged him for the jewelry then wanted to rob him because of his circumstances. He proudly kept his jewelry and walked out immediately. So disappointing to hear that.
