My necklace broke, and I took it here for a clasp replacement. I asked the attendant for a 14k clasp piece since my necklace is real 14k gold. It turned out that they just gave me a gold-plated piece instead of a real 14k clasp, and they charged me $60 for it. I was expecting it to be real gold. Additionally, the color of the clasps has changed from gold to rose gold after I was told that the piece was 100% 14k gold.
