I've been on the "interest list" for Kimpton Square since 2019 (5 1/2 years). Today I called for an update in regard to when I will get an apartment, and Parker (when he finally came to the phone--the receptionist lied to me and initially said that he was in a meeting) told me the following: (1) they "updated" their system, and my place on the "interest list" is incorrectly given as 2022 rather than 2019 (but buried in the notes is the correct year of 2019); and (2) the "interest list" is not a "wait list," so if someone w... read more
