It was a wonderful experience. The rooms are very spacious. Rooms need a little bit more lighting. I liked the fact that we can cast our own videos onto the TV. Rooms are very clean. There are 2 lifts running. Also they provided 10$ per day.
Writing this review specifically for their Valet team/Parking. I use the valet as a monthly service for parking for work near by. The entire team is a group of young professionals that are both personable and charismatic. They not only take care of my truck but always make sure to greet me warmly.
They will charge you different for what you have actually should be paying for. Poor service, and food quality. Specially there is no transparency with customers.
Terrible customer service despite a nice hotel and good location. Our company booked a large block of rooms for VIP directors, and even though one requested early check-in well in advance, the hotel did not honor it. When we asked if they could at least use the gym while waiting, that was denied too. After a long international flight, our director was left sitting in the lobby for hours, along with several other frustrated guests. This is unacceptable. I had a really nice stay at Limelight Denver—the location was super convenient, the rooms felt clean and modern, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming without being over the top.
