Dr. Truong was absolutely the worst doctor I have ever gone to! She did not listen or care. I went to see her as a follow up after an ER visit. She asked no questions and did not ask me how I was now. She even shushed me when I was telling her about the ordeal. I had a list of things to ask her and had only asked one when she got up and went towards the door. She did not listen to her patient in my case! My wife problem never being treated properly! We have decided to change doctor after the last visit Which confirmed us that she did not care about us.
The worst doctor I've ever been to. She didn't listen, didn't even check me out in the examination room, and was extremely rude. I will never see her again.
I am diagnosed with COPD, and I asked Dr. Troung's office for a letter stating it, and that I have risk factor for increased illness with COVID19 (for WFH exemption at work). She was rude and inconsiderate, showing frustration with body language. All I asked as to state I had COPD and that it was risk factor for increased illness (both of which are true). She finally gave the letter very grudgingly, finally wording it vaguely.
