Food arrived cold! Called the restaurant and they explained that it was somehow our fault. Can't figure that one out. The restaurant refused to take ownership of the problem. Will never order from them again. Highly recommend that anyone int the Avenue Rd. Eglinton area looking for Japanese food order from one of the many other Japanese restaurants in the neighbourhood. Very, very disappointing experience overall.
First time ordering from here and will definitely be ordering again. Food arrived within the time frame predicted, and all the dishes were fresh and delicious. Thank you!
