Worst customer service at any jewelry store I've been to in My Life thery must be scared of customers. I called ahead before I went because they have weird hours. Then when I got there they wouldn't let me in. I was with my 12-year-old son. they said I didn't have an appointment.. you would think they would have mentioned that when I called.
Will take advantage of you if they can. Mom and pop shop… under pay for gold and charge a premium on retail. That’s how you lose business
