Had great ideals on selling the house. Very responsive. Had a lot of traffic the first week. Even though we were in a different state it was still and easy process with Kimmy's help.
She is reliable, knowledgeable and knows how to match homes with client needs and styles! Kimmy works very to provide listings of potential homes and responds to phone calls and emails very quickly. We have felt confident in her abilities to find the perfect home.

I reached out to Kimmy back in the fall (after seeing her name on a for-sale sign!). She put me in touch with a mortgage broker, and stuck by me for the next several months until I was able to qualify for the mortgage. My home shopping time was brief, as I bought the second house I looked at, but Kimmy made the road to closing very easy and very pleasant. I highly recommend her!
