I had scheduled a time and was called an hour and a half before, then texted asking to come earlier. I got there and the pedicure lasted probably 30 minutes in total? For example, they didn’t even scrub the feet. She was pushing my cuticle really hard to the point I got cut and my toe is red around the areas today. Loved the place and my nails but 2 of my nails popped off within 10 days of getting the nails!!! Usually mine last like 3-4 weeks pretty disappointed about that.

I had a wonderful experience at Kimmy’s. We made an appointment and only had to wait 5-10 minutes when we got there to be taken back to start soaking our feet (we got gel pedicures). The ladies who did our toes were very kind and enjoyable to chat with. They did a great job shaping my toe nails. And their price for a gel pedicure ($45) was the best I could find anywhere. I will definitely be back.

I liked and enjoyed their services, but wasn't impressed with some of the staff. One staff member was talking on her phone on speaker while giving a manicure to my daughter. Not professional at all. She seemed to be very distracted. Another staff member was talking harshly to an older woman who seemed confused about her service she got with her nails.
